By installing or using "Security Guardian" (hereinafter referred to as "the Product"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not download or use the Product. This Product is intended to help users identify potential phishing websites and cyber threats, but it does not replace your personal judgment.
Please read these terms carefully before using our browser extension. These terms set forth your rights and obligations.

- Privacy First:Most data is analyzed locally. Cloud data is anonymized and non-identifiable.

1. Service Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Security Guardian, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or using it under parental supervision) and fully agree to all terms of this agreement. If you are using it on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the appropriate authorization.
2. Code of Conduct
When using the service, you agree not to engage in the following activities:
- Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering the software.
- Using the service to spread malware, viruses, or conduct cyber attacks.
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the service.
- Attempting unauthorized access to our servers or related systems.
- Using the service for any purpose that violates local laws and regulations.
3. Intellectual Property
Security Guardian and all its content, features, and technology are owned by the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
4. Disclaimer
Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. While we strive to update the threat database, we cannot guarantee the identification of all phishing sites.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by local laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through friendly negotiation.
